Diocesan Department of Religious Education - The DDRE is responsible for advise and support to schools within the Archdiocese of Birmingham on matters relating to the curriculum and inspection of Religious Education. It also has responsibilty for school chaplains. 

Catholic Education Service - The CES negotiates, on behalf of all bishops, with Government, and other national bodies on legal, administrative, and religious education matters.
