'Recruiting Headteachers and Senior Leaders – The Use of Recruitment Agencies’
We wish to draw your attention to the brief statement ‘Recruiting Headteachers and Senior Leaders – The Use of Recruitment Agencies’ which has been sent to all headteachers by email, as well as being published here on our DSC website.
Increasingly, we are concerned about decisions made by governing bodies to engage commercial recruitment agencies to manage the process of headteacher recruitment on their behalf.
In light of our concerns, we have decided to issue this statement to guide Governing Bodies in their decision-making. We are clear that Local Authorities and the Diocese are best placed to offer informed, free, high-quality advice based on experience to the Governing Bodies of our Catholic VA schools. Thank you for your support.
Admissions Information in Polish for each Local Authority
